Welcome to Universal Tours. By using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking and Payments

A deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 60 days prior to departure. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations made 90+ days before departure: Full refund minus processing fee.
• Cancellations made 60-89 days before departure: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 60 days: No refund.

3. Traveler Responsibilities

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and required vaccinations for their destinations.

4. Limitation of Liability

Universal Tours acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and local tour operators. We are not liable for delays, accidents, or losses caused by these third-party providers.
